About Our Hearing Centre

Stanford Hearing Centre is a family-owned and operated hearing centre in Edmonton. We

provide hearing health services for adults in Edmonton and monthly appointments in High

Level, High Prairie, Slave Lake and Lac La Biche.

One Size Does Not Fit All

Hearing care is most successful when technologies, treatments and therapies are

personalized to your needs and lifestyle. We know that one size doesn’t fit all, so our team

of hearing health professionals provides an individualized approach to help you and your

loved ones hear better.

Why Stanford Hearing Centre?

Focus On Solutions

Hearing aids are only one option to manage hearing challenges. We focus on matching you with the solutions that have the potential to make the biggest difference.

Get More Options

Instead of offering just one manufacturer of hearing technology, we stock various brands, styles and types – all of which we have personally vetted.

Try New Hearing Aids

Before purchasing new hearing aids, try the devices for a month to see how much benefit you will get from amplification.

“My time with Ron was time well spent. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He

knows his business and does it well. Would recommend him to anyone. Will only give you

what you need.”

Why Stanford Hearing Centre?

Stanford Hearing Centre is owned and operated by Ron and Marcia Stanford. After decades of experience in hearing care, Ron and Marcia started Stanford Hearing to be an alternative to hearing centres and stores that prioritize selling products instead of focusing on hearing health.

Our hearing specialists are federally and provincially certified:

Our Team

Ron Stanford

Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner & Owner

I was born and raised in Alberta and have been working in the hearing health industry for over 20 years. I love what I do and truly enjoy building relationships with my clients.

Over the years, I’ve worked with both major companies and smaller private hearing centres. I’ve found that I prefer the flexibility and personalized care that private practice allows.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, or simply relaxing while walking one of my dogs.

Marcia Stanford

Hearing Aid Student Intern & Owner

I was born in Alberta, raised in the Lower Mainland, and later returned to Alberta with my husband Ronald—it has always felt like home to me. I’ve owned and operated Stanford Hearing Centre for over 10 years and truly enjoy working with our clients.

More recently, I decided to join my husband as a Hearing Aid Practitioner and graduated from the Hearing Aid Practitioner program at Grant MacEwan University, further deepening my commitment to providing quality hearing care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, or simply relaxing with my dogs.

Candace Bullock

Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner & Owner

I was born and raised in Alberta and attended Grant MacEwan University. I’ve been working in the hearing health industry for over 7 years, serving clients in both Camrose and Edmonton. I truly enjoy helping people find the best solutions for their hearing needs.

When I’m not performing hearing tests, you’ll find me reading a good book, kayaking with my husband, or cuddling a stranger’s dog.
